April 2015 Empties - Hair Care Products

So I have been at this blogging thing for almost a year now, and I just realized I have never done an empties post!  So I pulled out my over sized Sephora bag of empties out and realized if I rolled them all into one post it would be the length of a Harry Potter book.  So I decided to break them up by the types of products.

First up is hair care.  I really only had two types of hair products that I have used up, partly because I use the super sized containers of shampoo and conditioner that pretty much last me forever, and partly because I am terrible at remembering to save my hair care products out of the shower.

Batiste Dry Shampoo is easily my most used and repurchased product.  It is the best for absorbing oil and giving a little extra oomph to second or third day hair.  I clearly like the Blush scent the best, I also use plenty of the tinted brunette dry shampoo.  I didn't really care for the Wild scent, it smelled  a bit too much like men's cologne and was a bit overpowering.

Living Proof Restore Mask Treatment - $42/8 oz.

This mask treatment from Living Proof has quickly become a staple in my hair care routine.  I loved it so much, that it even made it into my 2014 favorites!  This is the mini 1 oz sample size that I received as a free gift with purchase at Ulta.  And thanks to the lovely ladies at my local Ulta, I have already opened another sample and have put a considerable dent in it.  I know that I will soon have another Restore Mask Treatment on my hands, so I actually went today and picked up a larger size so that I am never without it.  I like to leave this in my wet hair for about 5 minutes after I shampoo, and it makes a world of difference.  This mask makes my hair so smooth and soft, I noticed a difference in my hair right away.

Let me know if you have tried either of these products and what you think of them!

Be sure to check back soon for the rest of my empties!
